At it Luggage, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your luggage isn't the perfect travel companion, you can return your unused items within 28 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Ensure the luggage is unused and in its original packaging with all tags attached to qualify for a successful return.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off your package at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
